شرح
In designing the Sault restaurant, this substance was used as a sustainable, green, in reach, and yet affordable material. The body of the structures and the ceilings were made from a combination of salt and natural gum. Tables and sofas are handmade and made from salt rock, chairs and stair bottoms are made from beverage cans’ recycled aluminum.
For long salt has been considered a material with properties of disinfection. Through releasing chloride, it purifies the surrounding environment even the air around.
