بررسی رابطه بين ديد به بيرون اتاقها و پیکربندی فضاهای اداری بر رضایتمندی کارمندان از مطلوبيت اين فضاها نمونه مورد مطالعه: ساختمان شهرداری منطقه 1 شهرداری تهران
از آنجايي که کارمندان زمان زيادي از عمر کاري خود را در فضاهاي اداري سپري ميکنند، بررسي رابطة بين مؤلفههاي طراحي محيطي (نظير ديد به بيرون) در فضاهاي اداري و رضايتمندي کارمندان ميتواند نقش مؤثري در ارتقاي رضايت شغلي و بازدهي کاري آنها داشته باشد. هدف در اين تحقيق بررسي جوانب اثر ديد به بيرون از طريق پنجرههاي ساختمان بر ميزان رضايتمندي کارمندان از فضاهاي اداري است. فرض پژوهشگران اين است که افرادي که مناسبترين دسترسي به پنجرهها و بالاترين ميزان ديد به بيرون را دارند، بالاترين سطح رضايتمندي را از دلبازي محيط کاريشان ابراز ميکنند. اما ديده شده که محل قرارگيري کارمندان نيز، بسته به اينکه در چه نقطهاي از ساختمان باشند، بر ميزان رضايتمندي ايشان از دلبازي و مطلوبيت محل کارشان اثرگذار است. در اين تحقيق با ارزيابي شاخصهاي ديد به درون و ديد به بيرون ذکرشده در ميان کارمندان مستقر در دو طبقه از ساختمان اداري شهرداري منطقة 1 تهران، سعي شده است نقش هر کدام از آنها مشخص گردد. روش انجام تحقيق در اين مطالعه کمّي و ابزار گردآوري و تحليل اطلاعات پرسشنامه به همراه نرمافزارهاي SPSS و نرمافزار تخصصي نحو فضا يعني نرمافزار Depthmap خواهد بود. يافتههاي تحقيق نشان دادند در مواردي که، عليرغم ديد به بيرون مناسب، موقعيت کارمندان از نظر شاخصهاي ديد به درون فضا در وضعيت بدي است، رضايت افراد به ميزان معناداري کاهش يافته و اثر مجاورت با پنجره يا موقعيت مناسب در ارتباط با ديد به بيرون در خصوص ايجاد مطلوبيت و حس دلبازي فضا کاهش يافته است. همچنين در اين تحقيق پيشنهاداتي براي در نظر گرفتن نقش ديد به درون فضا، حين طراحي و معماري بازشوها و ايجاد ديد به بيرون ساختمانهاي اداري، بيان خواهد شد.
